It’s that time of year! When approaching the holiday season, everyone here at CFI reflects on those that have made our success possible.

We have a lot to be grateful for this year. As many probably already know, our company, CFI, rebranded this year, and our new brand better reflects who we are as a commercial furniture dealership. While our closest clients and vendor partners know that our company is filled with incredible professionals that focus on customer relationships and exciting innovation, many more still associated our company with outdated work.

So through an exhaustive 10-month effort that included everything from competitive analysis, a strong marketing plan, extensive research of our client base, and deep internal conversation and inward reflection of our company and values, the new CFI brand was born. Throughout the process, many questions arose, so below are just a couple of points to address a few of those inquiries:

Why rebrand your company?

Our ongoing motto throughout this process was: “There’s never been a better time.” Our company has experienced major growth over the last few years. We made over 12 new hires in 2017, 11 additional new hires in 2018, and have been witness to one of the most major shifts in our company’s history. CFI’s success has been dependent upon the success of our individual employees, and we are so grateful to have an incredible team of hardworking, dedicated professionals that offer their own perspectives and talents to the success of each and every one of our projects.

Isn’t CFI just like other furniture dealerships?

No. In fact, we identify ourselves as a more forward-thinking and revolutionary company. We are constantly on the hunt for new processes and services and always put our clients first – no matter what. We encourage our employees to grow professionally and developed innovative teams that focus on ancillary furniture and walls. We are also exploring new ways to bring exciting experiences to our clients. New CFI digital experiences are on the horizon and we can’t wait to share them with the world.
